Workshops with France Bourque-Moreau • French-Canadian and Children's Dances from Quebec and around the world |
Throughout the year, France Bourque-Moreau is invited to lead dance sessions with children in public and private schools, kindergardens and pre-schools. She is also available to work with teachers interested in using multicultural and/or French-Canadian dance and music in their curriculum. France has also a wide experience within the French immersion schools program across Canada. Sessions can be tailored to your specific needs: Themes (Holidays, seasons, countries, integration, school Fair, etc. Below is a list of activities for 2008 which are open to the public:

August 28-31 : Montmagny, QC: Québécois dances for children and parents at Carrefour Mondial de l'accordéon .
September 28-26 : Oquaga Lake, NY (USA): French-Canadian Dances (with Yves Moreau, Balkan) Carrefour Mondial de l'accordéon .
Oct 4-5 : Reggio Emilia, (Italy): Workshop for teachers. Int'l dances. Balliamo sul Mondo Association .

If your your school, daycare center, organization would like to organize a teacher-training workshop, in-service day, or special activity involving French-Canadian or multicultural folk traditions, France Bourque-Moreau is available to travel throughout Quebec, Canada and elsewhere.
